Pete's Farmshop is still shut but the milk run continues
We're a modern milk run delivering milk, eggs, bread and fruit and veg boxes. For your convenience we top up Ecover washing up and laundry liquids.
When the shop is finished we will be able to handle a full range of groceries again - Scottish cheeses, family value wholefoods, organic meat, fishmongers fish, the whole range of organic fruit and veg in item bags.
It's coming to the end of an epic refit. The concrete floor over a rotten wooden floor has been replaced. Vinyl is down. The plumbing and rewiring is finished. The tiling, plastering, carpentry and painting is almost over. Improved floor drains, truly flat render and damp proofing in the basement has taken ages. Why- no capital, just earning money very slowly. One day soon when shelves and counter are in we can start stocking up wholefoods, then a whole range of foodstuffs.
Taking food straight from the farm to your doorstep means you can buy the freshest food possible. You can find out exactly where your produce comes from and know that you are supporting small local businesses and helping the local economy.
We are based in South West Edinburgh and deliver three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Afternoon/Evening covering Colinton, Greenbanks, Craiglockhart and Merchiston to Viewforth.
With us Fresh means Fresh.
Our produce is fully traceable back to the producer.
Milk is delivered in traditional glass bottles.
